We are seeking candidates for the role of Project Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and coordination of large-scale architectural and interior projects in Mumbai

. This role is critical in ensuring timely reporting, structured follow-ups, and smooth coordination between design teams, site teams, and leadership across premium, detail-driven projects. The position is well suited for someone who is highly organised, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a multi-project, design-intensive environment.

Project Typology Overview

You will be supporting projects across:

- High-end residential architecture and interiors
- Commercial and workplace developments
- Hospitality and mixed-use projects
- Large, complex projects requiring multi-team coordination and rigorous tracking

Key Responsibilities

- Track interior design projects using structured Excel-based project trackers.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates from design teams at all levels.
- Prepare and share bi-weekly (14-day) compliance and progress reports.
- Proactively follow up on pending information, delays, and gaps in reporting.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure weekly execution updates are received.
- Ensure site execution trackers are updated on a weekly basis.
- Monitor sharing of site photographs and documentation as per reporting cycles.
- Track compliance of site reporting and flag inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure clarity,



accountability, and consistency.
- Support training initiatives for site teams in coordination with external experts.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and evaluation of site team members.
- Help create and maintain planners and trackers for architectural projects.
- Work closely with architects to improve planning and tracking accuracy.
- Support integration of trackers with future PM / ERP or online tools.
- Assist leadership in setting up and strengthening project management systems.
- Help develop standard templates, processes, and reporting formats.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend practical process improvements.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelors in Architecture, Design or Civil is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating architecture or interior design projects.
- Solid understanding of project execution workflows in design and site environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of PM tools / ERP systems or willingness to adapt to them.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across design, site, and leadership teams.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven approach to work.

Work Schedule Location: Worli, Mumbai

Working days: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM); Half day on Saturdays
