Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Accounts teams.

- Follow up on project material, procurement, production, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues to management.

- Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, updates, and documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material and service requirements.

- Maintain project-related documents, records, drawings, purchase orders, and reports.

- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting notes when required.

- Track pending activities and ensure timely follow-up with concerned departments.

- Assist in preparing project quotations,



work orders, invoices, and other documentation as required.

- Ensure that project deadlines and customer commitments are followed.

- Support the project team in resolving day-to-day operational issues.

- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of project records.

- Timely completion of assigned project activities.

- Effective coordination and follow-up.

- Accuracy and timely updating of project documentation.

- Adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

- Timely resolution/escalation of project-related issues.

- Customer and internal team coordination.
