Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and supervising retail/interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution, quality and smooth coordination between internal teams, technicians and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate NSO execution and site activities.
- Handle Repair & Maintenance (R&M;) activities.
- Supervise and coordinate technicians and vendors.
- Conduct site recce and site supervision.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines and quality.
- Verify and coordinate vendor bill certification.
- Resolve site-level issues and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills:

- Retail / Interior Fit-Out project experience.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Vendor and technician handling.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Basic understanding of civil, electrical and interior works.
