Project Coordinator – CSR

Reporting To: Operations Head – CSR

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator – CSR to manage the end-to-end implementation and coordination of CSR-funded Skill Development Diploma Programs. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the program from student mobilisation and admissions through training, retention, certification, internships and placements.

The candidate will work closely with CSR partners, students, trainers, academic teams, industry partners, placement teams, hostel/administration and internal management to ensure project milestones, quality standards and deliverables are achieved within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of CSR and skill development projects.
- Manage student mobilisation, counselling, admissions and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate training schedules, trainers, attendance, assessments and curriculum completion.
- Monitor student engagement, performance, retention and overall program progress.
- Coordinate internships, apprenticeships, industrial visits and placement activities.
- Develop and maintain project MIS, dashboards, reports and student records.




- Prepare periodic CSR/project progress reports and maintain supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with CSR partners and stakeholders for reviews, visits and project updates.
- Support project budgeting, administrative coordination, audits and compliance requirements.
- Track project KPIs, identify operational challenges and ensure timely corrective actions.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM/MSW/CSR/Project Management preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in CSR, Skill Development, Education Projects, Vocational Training, NGO/Development Projects or Project Coordination.
- Experience in managing CSR-funded education/skill development projects will be an advantage.
- Exposure to student mobilisation, training coordination, placement, industry engagement and project reporting preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, PowerPoint and project documentation.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, problem-solving and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities, whenever required.
