Job Overview

We are looking for an Architecture Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of architecture projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, clients, team members, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and development phases of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, client representatives, statutory bodies, team members, and sub-consultants.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Oversee project detailing and monitor team performance.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Provide direction to team members and ensure contractual requirements are followed.
- Ensure projects meet required quality standards.




- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- B.Arch. qualification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with SketchUp.
- Knowledge of elevation design, design standards, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in design development and detailing.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and interact effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
