Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Mechanical) with experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Irrigation, Pipeline, Pumping Station, or Infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project execution activities, monitoring progress, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate mechanical execution activities for WTP, Irrigation, and Infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, and client teams.
- Track installation and commissioning activities of pumps, pipelines, valves, mechanical equipment, and electromechanical systems.
- Prepare project progress reports, MIS, daily/weekly/monthly project updates.
- Ensure project documentation, quality records, and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Identify risks, delays,



and bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
- Attend review meetings with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
