PROFILE - PROJECT COORDINATOR

B9 Solution is looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate digital marketing projects while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects from start to completion.

- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and project updates.

- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, PPC, Design, and Development teams.

- Prepare project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

- Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending activities.

- Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.

- Maintain project reports, documentation, and regular status updates.

- Handle client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Identify project-related issues and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Digital Marketing or a similar role.





- Solid understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, and Website Development.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
