About the Role

RN Nurturaa is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of its projects and programmes.

The candidate will work closely with the management, project team, trainers, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project activities are properly coordinated, documented, and completed within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned projects.
- Follow up on project activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain project-related records, documents, attendance, photographs, and reports.
- Collect, verify, and compile project data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and other project documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, letters, proposals, quotations, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate training programmes, meetings, events, and field activities.
- Communicate project requirements and updates to the concerned team members.
- Conduct field visits whenever required for project monitoring.
- Identify issues or delays and report them to the management.




- Support the management in the smooth execution of projects.
- Perform other duties related to project coordination as assigned.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for project-related activities.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in project coordination, administration, education, childcare, training programmes, or similar fields will be preferred.

Employment Terms

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on qualification, skills, and experience.
- Casual Leave: 12 days per year.
- Full-time employment.
