Support the development and implementation of strategic projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Conduct research, analyze data, collaborate with teams and monitor progress to drive successful outcomes. Prepare presentations and reports on projects and strategic initiatives for senior management.

- Drive new product introductions related to product and service development, with a strong IT component, under supervision of EVP
- Initiate new projects and support their successful execution.
- Design, optimize, and improve processes and overall project approaches where necessary.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure effective collaboration.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to support project success.
- Prepare/Participate in project reviews and prepare detailed presentations and reports for executive leadership




- Collect, consolidate, and analyze internal and external data to provide senior leaders with the insights needed for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet agreed deadlines.
- Train teams and stakeholders on new solutions and platforms.

Educational Qualification Skills & Knowledge Mandatory : Bachelors in Engineering, Economics or related fields

Preferred Masters

- Good working knowledge of MS Office application

Work Experience Competencies

- 7-12 years (preferably in B2B manufacturing or the automotive industry)
