About the Role The Program Manager - PMO will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and governing infrastructure and campus development projects across the organization. The role will establish project management processes, track project performance, support leadership through project reporting, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and management reports for leadership review.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support planning, execution, and successful delivery of infrastructure and capital projects.




- Drive standardization and digitalization of project management practices.
- Facilitate risk identification, issue resolution, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities.
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project management.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.

Experience

- 15+ years of experience in project management, or PMO functions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting tools.
