Key Responsibilities

- Transformation Strategy &
- Roadmap: Define transformation goals, create implementation plans, set success measures, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

- Operating Model Design: Review and improve organizational structures, governance, and ways of working to enhance efficiency.

- Process Transformation: Assess current processes, identify gaps, and design improved future-state processes.

- Program Delivery: Manage transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Business Analysis &

- Problem Solving: Conduct assessments, gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and provide practical solutions.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Work with teams across business, technology, operations, finance, and compliance to drive outcomes.

- Change Management: Support business adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

- Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs to monitor progress and measure business impact.

- Governance &

- Executive Reporting: Manage governance forums, project reporting, risks, budgets, and key decisions.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and implement best practices.

- Technology-enabled Transformation:



Partner with technology teams to deliver digital and system-driven improvements.

- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and teams to drive alignment and execution.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, program management, or process excellence, organizational change, or strategic initiatives.

- Bachelor s degree required
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and driving business change.

- Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and change management.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership.

- Proven track record in governance, risk management, budget oversight, and advantages realization.

- Experience managing consulting engagements or large transformation programs.
