Role SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and consultative professionals to join us as Program Counsellors. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to MSME business owners, guiding them toward the right consulting and training solutions for their growth. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting orientation sessions, building strong relationships, managing the end-to-end enrollment pipeline, and achieving target revenue metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation &

• Qualification: Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, referral networks, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
- Advisory &

- Orientation: Schedule appointments and drive attendance for orientation sessions with prospective clients.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive, consultative conversations to understand business challenges and present tailored Altus Corp business consulting solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Own and manage the complete sales and enrollment pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring every prospect is accurately tracked.

- Follow-Up: Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions, manage pending payments, and successfully onboard new clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation initiatives and campaign effectiveness.




- Referral Generation: Cultivate robust relationships with existing clients to generate organic referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity updates, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree (Mandatory). MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred.
- Program Counsellor: 0–2 years of experience (Exceptional freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Senior Program Counsellor: 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Consulting Sales, Training, or Workshop Sales.

Core Competencies & • Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM Software, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Presentation Tools, and Lead/Pipeline Management systems.
- Sales Competencies: Consultative Selling, Objection Handling, Negotiation, Customer Acquisition, and Revenue Growth.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional Communication, Relationship Management, Presentation Skills, and a high degree of empathy for business owners' challenges.

Must-Haves
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work from the office (Goregaon East) 6 days a week.
- High comfort level with outbound telecalling, consultative pitching, and face-to-face/virtual client meetings.
- Preferred Background: Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Training/Workshop Sales, Corporate Event Sales, or Consulting Sales.
