VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking qualified and dedicated faculty members for the Department of Psychology. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, practical training, student mentoring, research, and academic development.

Qualification:

- M.Sc. Psychology / M.A. Psychology from a recognized university.
- NET/SET/SLET qualification as applicable.
- Ph.D. in Psychology preferred.
- Strong academic background with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Experience:

- Relevant teaching experience in a college or university preferred.
- Experience in psychology practicals, counselling, research, or student mentoring will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong academic credentials may also be considered, subject to applicable norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology classes.
- Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Guide students in academic projects and research activities.




- Mentor students in academic and career development.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and academic activities.
- Encourage research, publications, and student participation in conferences.
- Maintain academic records and departmental documentation.
- Contribute to institutional development and quality-assurance activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of Psychology and related subjects.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good practical and research abilities.
- Solid student-mentoring skills.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and academically oriented.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital teaching tools.
