VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking qualified and dedicated faculty members for the Department of Microbiology. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, practical laboratory training, student mentoring, research, and academic development.

Qualification:

- M.Sc. Microbiology from a recognized university.
- NET / SET / SLET qualification preferred/required as applicable.
- Ph.D. in Microbiology / relevant specialization preferred.
- Solid academic background with good communication and teaching skills.

Experience:

- Relevant teaching experience in a college/university preferred.
- Experience in microbiology laboratory work, research, and student mentoring will be an advantage.
- Freshers with NET/SET and strong academic credentials may also be considered, subject to applicable norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate Microbiology classes.
- Conduct practical and laboratory sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in laboratory work, projects,



and research activities.
- Mentor students in academic and career development.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and conferences.
- Encourage research, publications, and participation in academic events.
- Maintain laboratory and academic records.
- Contribute to departmental development and institutional quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of Microbiology and related subjects.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good laboratory and practical skills.
- Research-oriented and student-focused.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital teaching tools.
