Responsibilities:

- Designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate CSE courses.

- Preparing lesson plans.

- Conducting lectures, labs, tutorials, and assessments.

- Maintaining high academic standards.

- Guiding student projects.

- Supervising research work.

- Supporting learners through mentoring, counseling, and regular feedback.

- Participating in curriculum development.

- Contributing to departmental meetings and academic committees.

- Engaging in research and scholarly publications.

- Collaborating on funded projects and industry partnerships.

- Involvement in academic events, workshops, and outreach activities that enhance the departments visibility and student learning experience.

Qualifications:

- Solid foundation in core CSE domains such as algorithms, data structures, operating systems, computer networks, databases, and software engineering.

- Knowledge of modern programming languages and tools (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, web technologies) and ability to teach practical, project-based courses.





- Familiarity with emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or IoT is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated teaching skills, including course planning, instructional design, classroom delivery, student evaluation, and use of educational technologies.

- Active interest in research, with the ability to publish in peer-reviewed venues and contribute to funded projects and collaborative research initiatives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized institution; Ph.D. (awarded or near completion) is preferred.

- Commitment to inclusive teaching practices, ethical conduct, student mentoring, and continuous professional development.
