VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking qualified and dedicated M.Pharm faculty members to join the Pharmacy Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, practical training, research, student mentoring, and academic development.

Qualification:

- M.Pharm in the relevant specialization from a recognized institution.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / relevant specialization preferred for senior positions.
- Qualification as per applicable Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and regulatory norms.
- Strong academic and professional background.

Experience:

- Relevant teaching / academic experience preferred.
- Experience in Pharmacy education, laboratory work, research, and student mentoring will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct theory and practical classes for B.Pharm students.
- Handle subjects related to the candidate's area of specialization.
- Supervise laboratory and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in academic projects, seminars, and research activities.




- Mentor students for academic and professional development.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, seminars, and departmental activities.
- Contribute to research publications and academic development.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Support curriculum implementation and institutional quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant M.Pharm specialization.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Good laboratory and practical knowledge.
- Research-oriented and student-focused.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools and academic documentation.
- Dedicated, professional, and committed to academic excellence.
