We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator who can produce engaging, professional, and high-quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in short-form content creation, professional reels editing, podcast production, promotional videos, and storytelling through visuals.

The candidate should be capable of transforming raw footage into impactful content while maintaining brand consistency, professional aesthetics, and audience engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesShort-Form Content & Reels Editing

- Create high-quality, engaging, and creative reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Edit professional reels with strong storytelling, smooth transitions, dynamic cuts, captions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Understand social media trends and create content optimized for audience retention and engagement.
- Add professional subtitles, animations, sound effects, background music, and visual enhancements.
- Create different versions of content based on platform requirements (9:16, 1:1, 16:9 formats).

Podcast Video Production & Editing
- Handle complete podcast editing workflow from raw footage to final delivery.
- Edit full-length podcast episodes with skilled pacing, clean cuts, audio synchronization, and visual enhancements.
- Create podcast highlight clips, promotional cuts, teaser videos, and social media snippets.
- Identify engaging moments from long-form content and convert them into high-performing short videos.
- Create professional podcast layouts, multi-camera edits, speaker switching, and visual storytelling elements.
- Manage podcast episode lineup, sequencing, and content flow to ensure a polished final output.

Promotional Video Editing
- Create impactful promotional videos, trailers, and teaser content.




- Develop creative video concepts with strong hooks and audience-focused storytelling.
- Edit promotional cuts that effectively communicate brand messages and increase viewer engagement.

Technical Skills Required
- Advanced knowledge of professional video editing software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Adobe Audition (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Professional video editing techniques
- Color correction and color grading
- Audio enhancement and noise reduction
- Motion graphics and visual effects
- Cinematic transitions and storytelling
- Video compression and export settings

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing reels, podcasts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Excellent understanding of digital content trends and audience behavior.
- Ability to convert raw footage into engaging and professional-quality videos.
- Strong creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Good understanding of branding, visual aesthetics, and content consistency.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with healthcare, corporate, personal branding, or professional content creation will be an advantage.
- Experience in editing interviews, podcasts, webinars, and educational content is preferred.
- Knowledge of storytelling techniques for social media growth.
