We are looking for a Production Waste Management Executive to monitor production wastage, ensure proper segregation of reworkable and rejected materials, maintain records, and support waste-reduction initiatives on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record waste generated during production.
- Ensure proper segregation of reworkable, reusable and rejected materials.
- Monitor workers for proper waste handling and segregation.
- Identify and report excessive or abnormal wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, QA and QC teams for rework and waste disposition.
- Maintain accurate waste and rework records.
- Support initiatives to reduce avoidable production wastage.
- Ensure compliance with defined waste-handling procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience preferred; freshers can apply.
- Manufacturing, production,
QC or material-handling experience will be an advantage.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Malayalam – Good/Fluent; English – Basic/Good.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working on the production floor and interacting with workers.
- Active, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates who are energetic, disciplined, quick learners and capable of independently learning production processes, products and waste/rework criteria.
