We are looking for experienced Production Support Engineers to join our Corporate Digital Support team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in L2/L3 production support environments, incident management, troubleshooting, and application support. Candidates must be willing to work from the Chennai office and support night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support for critical business applications.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management activities following defined ITIL processes.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call support and night shift activities as required.
- Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports.
- Support system deployments, application maintenance, and release activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Application/Production Support projects.
- Strong experience in L2/L3 support activities.
- Experience handling production incidents, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and support processes.
- Understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise or Corporate Digital applications.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern application architectures is preferred.
Work Requirements
- Must be willing to work in night shifts.
- Must be willing to work from the Chennai office (Clean Room Environment).
