Job Purpose To supervise day-to-day production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality and safety standards, and effectively manage production workers and resources.

WORK LOCATION : NORTH PRAVUR , KOONAMAVU

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Allocate work and responsibilities to production workers.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials, packaging materials, and other resources.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs.
- Monitor production wastage and take corrective action.
- Maintain production records, batch records, and other required documentation.
- Monitor machine operation and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.




- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Monitor employee attendance and discipline within the production area.
- Train and guide production workers on work procedures and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Stores, QC, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Report production issues, delays, wastage, and deviations to the Production Manager.
- Support implementation of process improvements to increase productivity.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. / ITI or relevant qualification.
- Food Technology / Mechanical / Production-related qualification is an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in production supervision.
- Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG is preferred.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
