Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This position oversees daily production activities, including planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets. The role involves coordinating workforce allocation, supervising machine operations, and ensuring adherence to fabrication procedures and safety standards.

The Production

Supervisor will track production metrics, identify process improvements, and collaborate with management and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize throughput.



The position also requires clear communication with cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing production schedules and production planning to meet deadlines and optimize capacity.
- Proficiency in production management, including workflow coordination, resource utilization, and process improvement.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with operators, engineers, and management.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing, preferably with laser cutting and CNC bending operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in a production environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and fabrication instructions is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting and willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
