Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workforce.

- Allocate work to production workers based on production requirements.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

- Inspect production work at different stages and identify defects or quality issues.

- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Installation teams when required.

- Monitor the availability and proper use of raw materials, tools, and equipment.

- Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.

- Maintain daily production records, output reports, and worker attendance.

- Monitor machine and equipment usage and report maintenance requirements.

- Ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Train and guide new and existing production employees.

- Handle day-to-day production-floor issues and resolve operational problems.

- Monitor worker productivity and maintain discipline within the production team.





- Ensure proper housekeeping and organized storage of materials and finished products.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Report production progress, delays, manpower requirements, and major issues to management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

- Experience in supervising production workers
- knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.

- Ability to read basic technical drawings and production specifications.

- Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
