Handling Production Team including quality, Purchase and Stores Teams. Commitment of dispatch dates to customers. Assigning Tasks based on available assemblies, subassemblies and components.
Maintain quality
Contribute in Process improvement
Production record and reporting
Help in Design to select alternate components.
Resolve day to day issues if any.
Supervise Handing over from design to production
Manage support / service inhouse and at customer site.
Participate in Design and product improvement .
Suggestions to reduce customer complaints and internal rejections.
Contribute to growth of organisation.
Visit customers / vendors / exhibitions if required
Skillset : o MSc Electronics, BE electronics / mechanical / electrical o Basic computer operation o Communication skills o Team leadership
Salary with ESI and PF applicable as per salary structure
