- Execute daily production plans as per the production schedule and ensure timely completion of targets.

- Supervise and coordinate shop-floor operators and contract manpower.

- Monitor production processes, machines, and equipment for smooth and continuous operation.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, machines, and other resources.

- Maintain production parameters and process conditions as per SOPs and work instructions.

- Monitor product quality at different stages of production and coordinate with the Quality team for deviations.

- Identify production losses, bottlenecks, breakdowns, and process abnormalities and take corrective action.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance requirements.

- Ensure proper material availability and coordinate with Stores/Planning for shortages.

- Maintain daily production reports, downtime records, rejection/rework data, and other production documentation.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S, housekeeping,



and company policies.

- Minimize wastage, rejection, rework, and production downtime.

- Conduct shift handovers and communicate significant production issues to the incoming shift.

- Support process improvement, productivity improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Train and guide operators on SOPs, safety practices, quality requirements, and machine operation.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of finished boards and work-in-process material.

- Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.

- Ensure production activities comply with applicable company quality and safety standards.
