Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities of the Powder Coating Line and achieve production targets.

- Supervise pre-treatment, powder coating, and final inspection processes.

- Manage manpower and ensure proper work allocation.

- Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and minimize downtime.

- Control rejection, rework, material/powder wastage, and improve productivity.

- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications.

- Identify coating defects and coordinate with the Quality team for corrective actions.

- Maintain production and quality records and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- 1.5+ years of experience in Automobile Production / Manufacturing.

- Supervisory experience with good manpower handling skills.

- Experience in Powder Coating / Surface Treatment will be preferred.

- Knowledge of Quality Inspection, Measuring Instruments, and basic 7 QC Tools.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
