Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize lead times and reduce costs.

2. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast customer demand and create production plans to meet customer needs.

3. Manage and coordinate with production teams to ensure that production schedules are met and products are delivered on time.

4. Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure that production is not interrupted due to lack of raw materials or finished goods.

5. Analyse production data and create reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost- saving opportunities.

Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets.

7. Coordinate production workflow & monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.

8. Plan to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

9. Prepare and submit status and performance reports

10. Strong understanding of Daily Production Planning, Shift Planning,Production Management principles.

11. Proficiency in using SAP systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.

12. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels

13. Strong understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules.

Qualifications

- 6-12 years of PPC (Production Planning & Control)

- B-Tech or Diploma Engg ( Mechanical )
