Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete PPC function for textile/garment manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and monitor production plans, capacity plans, loading plans and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Purchase, Stores, Quality and IE teams for smooth execution of plans.
- Ensure on-time production and timely order dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Monitor production capacity, line loading, WIP, bottlenecks and productivity.
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production plans and MIS reports.
- Track order status from order booking to final dispatch and highlight deviations proactively.
- Optimize machine, manpower and material utilization to improve production efficiency.
- Analyze production delays and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper material availability and production readiness before order commencement.
- Drive planning accuracy, inventory control,



lead-time reduction and production efficiency.
- Lead and develop the PPC team and establish effective planning systems and SOPs.

Preferred Candidate

- Solid experience in textile/garment manufacturing PPC at a managerial/head level.
- Good understanding of production processes, capacity planning and order execution.
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MIS-based production planning.
