Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve targets and delivery schedules.

· Monitor production efficiency, productivity, rejection, rework, and machine downtime.

· Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.

· Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

· Ensure compliance with product quality requirements and applicable BIS/ISI standards.

· Reduce production wastage, rejection, and manufacturing costs.

· Manage and motivate production teams and ensure proper manpower allocation.

· Ensure implementation of 5S, safety procedures, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective and preventive actions.

· Prepare and review daily/weekly production and performance reports.

· Support recent product development, process improvement, and capacity enhancement.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
