- Sub-Assembly ? Carry out assigned sub-assembly work as per approved drawings, work instructions and assembly procedures. ? Ensure proper workmanship, mounting, tightening, alignment and fitment of components. ? Follow the specified assembly sequence and approved methods.
- Parts Assembly Quality Inspection ? Inspect each completed parts assembly before it is released to the wiring or next stage of assembly. ? Check mounting of transformers, chokes and other components for correctness and workmanship. ? Verify component location, orientation, fastening, tightening, clearances and other assembly requirements. ? Ensure that identified defects are corrected before the unit is cleared for the next stage. 3.
