Production Merchant – Home Décor

nWe are looking for a Production Merchant with 3-5 years of experience in the home décor / manufacturing industry to coordinate orders from confirmation through production and dispatch.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with buyers, production, purchase, quality and dispatch teams.
n
- Track orders against committed production and shipment timelines.
n
- Ensure raw materials, approvals, specifications and packaging requirements are available on time.
n
- Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.
n
- Coordinate quality inspections and ensure buyer requirements are met.
n
- Maintain accurate order and production status updates.
n
- Follow up across departments to ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.

nRequirements:

n
- Prior experience in merchandising / production merchandising, preferably in home décor export manufacturing .
n
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
n
- Good understanding of production processes and order management.
n
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple orders simultaneously.
