· Assist in daily production operations on the shop floor as per process requirements. · Support line supervisors in assembly, welding, painting, and inspection activities. · Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality and safety standards. · Handle basic tools, equipment, and machinery under supervision. · Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices. · Record and report production data, deviations, or equipment issues to the team lead. Participate in continuous improvement and skill enhancement activities.
