Production Operator

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 1–3 years in industrial production or plant operations

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery and plant equipment as per SOPs.

Ensure smooth and continuous operation of the production process.

Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other operating parameters.

Perform routine checks of equipment and immediately report abnormalities or breakdowns.

Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and safety instructions.

Handle material feeding, conveying, loading/unloading, and process-related activities.

Maintain proper housekeeping around the production area.

Assist the maintenance team during equipment inspection and breakdown activities.

Record production data, operating parameters, material consumption, and shift activities.

Ensure product quality and process parameters are maintained as required.





Follow PPE, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Coordinate with the shift supervisor and maintenance team for smooth plant operation.

Support start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures as instructed.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and plant operations.

Ability to understand and follow SOPs and process instructions.

Positive observation and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Basic knowledge of safety practices and industrial equipment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: ITI/Diploma candidate with hands-on experience in plant or production operations,

preferably in continuous-process industries.
