Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities and achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.

- Plan manpower, materials, machines and production schedules.

- Lead shop-floor teams and ensure productive line utilization.

- Monitor OEE, productivity, rejection, rework and downtime.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, Stores and Supply Chain teams.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and quality standards.

- Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions for improved productivity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EV/automobile or auto-component manufacturing.

- Strong shop-floor and team-management skills.

- Knowledge of assembly processes, production planning, RCA and Lean practices.

- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
