Job Summary

NEVORA HEALTH & BEAUTY PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production / Manufacturing Manager to manage and coordinate the manufacturing of our health, wellness, beauty, skincare and personal-care products through approved third-party manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning, contract/third-party manufacturing, vendor management, batch documentation, quality coordination, inventory planning and product development coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate monthly, weekly and batch-wise production requirements.
- Coordinate with approved third-party manufacturers for production planning and execution.
- Monitor production schedules, quantities, timelines and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate new product development, samples, trials and commercial production.
- Ensure manufacturing is carried out according to approved product specifications.
- Coordinate raw-material and packaging-material requirements.
- Verify product specifications, packaging specifications and approved artwork with relevant teams.
- Monitor batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry/best-before dates and production quantities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling, testing, COA and batch-release documentation.
- Track production deviations, quality issues and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, batch documents, purchase orders and manufacturer documentation.
- Monitor finished-goods inventory and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Follow FEFO principles for applicable products.
- Evaluate and monitor third-party manufacturer performance.
- Coordinate vendor negotiations, production costs, MOQs and manufacturing timelines.
- Support product cost optimization and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC,



regulatory and e-commerce teams.
- Prepare regular production and inventory reports for management.
- Support audits, inspections, product complaints and recall-related activities when required.
- Ensure applicable manufacturing, quality and regulatory requirements are followed.
