Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee production activities to ensure timely delivery of products, meeting quality standards.

- Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, product design, and supply chain management.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 20-25 years of experience in a similar role in the auto components industry.

- B.Tech degree (Computers) or equivalent qualification required; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.

- Solid understanding of manpower handling, material planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling principles.
