Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage the entire production process of our vacuum bag manufacturing unit — from planning to dispatch — while ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production planning & scheduling (daily/weekly/monthly targets)
- Supervision of extrusion, lamination, printing, and sealing lines
- Manpower planning, shift management, and productivity improvement
- Raw material consumption and wastage control
- Minimizing machine breakdowns; coordinating preventive maintenance
- Maintaining quality parameters and minimizing customer complaints
- Preparing production MIS reports in Excel for management
- Supporting new product trials and process improvements




- Ensuring safety norms and 5S implementation
- Cross-department coordination (Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, HR)

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in plastic film/vacuum bag or flexible packaging production
- Knowledge of Extrusion/BOPP/Lamination machines
- Solid command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS reporting)
- Team handling capability (200+ workers)
- Good spoken English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Education: Graduate (mandatory)

Preferred:

- Background in packaging/Manufacturing industry
- Experience with ISO/quality systems

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
