Position: Production Manager

Experience: 12+ Years in Jewellery Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end jewellery production operations.

Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Coordinate with CAD, Wax, Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC and other departments.

Monitor production quality, productivity and wastage.

Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Manage and guide production teams and supervisors.

Maintain production reports and daily MIS.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards and safety procedures.

Coordinate with management regarding production planning and order status.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.

Excellent production planning and team-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.

Experience in handling a large production team.
