- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet required standards.
- Coordinate with tailors, workers, designers, and other production staff.
- Manage raw materials, fabric, accessories, and production inventory.
- Track production progress and maintain daily production records.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with management regarding production requirements and updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of production processes and workflow.
- Strong coordination and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
