We are hiring for

Production Lead (Camera, Videographer, Operator & Editor)

at leading International Edtech & AI consulting - BKC Mumbai.

- Working days- Mon - Saturday.
- Shift Time- 11,00 AM To 8.00 PM.
- Permanent role.
- Location Mumbai (BKC), with travel across Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Pune & Mumbai

Role Overview The Production Lead is the visual custodian of every event the person who ensures a CXO summit looks and sounds as premium in the room as it does in the recap reel. This is a genuinely hands-on role: shooting, operating, lighting, and editing, not just directing others to do it, across a fast-moving multi-city, multi-format calendar.

Key Responsibilities

- Own all AV, audio, video, lighting, and photography direction for events across all 8 formats and 4 cities
- Personally operate cameras and audio equipment during live sessions, panels, and keynotes — this is a shooting role, not purely supervisory
- Edit raw footage into polished output: full-session recordings, highlight reels, sponsor-ready cuts, and social-first short clips
- Direct lighting and stage setup to ensure a consistent, premium visual identity across venues and cities
- Manage photography coverage for delegate, sponsor, and speaker moments needed for post-event PR and social amplification




- Build and maintain a reusable production checklist and equipment kit so quality stays consistent regardless of venue or city
- Deliver rapid-turnaround edited assets to Marketing within 24-48 hours of an event for real-time social amplification
- Archive and organize raw and edited footage in a structured library for future repurposing (podcast cuts, testimonials, brand reels)
- Coordinate with third-party AV vendors or freelance crew when a multi-city calendar requires additional hands, briefing them to Regenesys's quality bar

What We're Looking For

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience as a videographer/camera operator with strong editing chops (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of live-event audio and lighting setups, not just studio production
- A portfolio that shows both technical competence and storytelling instinct — knows what makes a 60-second recap worth watching
- Comfortable with a heavy travel and live-event schedule across cities
- Fast, reliable turnaround under tight post-event deadlines

Success Looks Like (KPIs)

- Turnaround time from event close to first published asset
- Volume and quality of usable social/PR-ready content per event
- Visual/audio consistency and technical error rate during live sessions
