Role Description The Production Executive will oversee day-to-day production activities at the Panvel on-site facility in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production runs, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and monitoring equipment and materials to meet output targets. The role involves supervising production processes, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

The Production

Executive will track production data, identify areas for process improvement,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. This position requires hands-on presence on the shop floor and effective communication with operators, technicians, and management.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and production management skills, with experience in coordinating manufacturing activities and meeting delivery timelines.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including inspection procedures, documentation, and adherence to industry standards.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, reporting production status, and resolving operational issues.
- Background in food technology or related process industries is beneficial, especially for handling materials and maintaining product integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, basic maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Panvel, manage shift-based operations if required, and handle a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
