? Lead Operations: Drive end-to-end manufacturing operations to achieve ambitious production targets safely and efficiently.

? Empower Teams: Inspire and mentor shift teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous growth.

⚡ Optimize Processes: Master OEE, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and minimize downtime and wastage.

? Quality First: Maintain uncompromising quality standards and adhere strictly to global safety protocols and SOPs.

Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and collaborate closely with executive leadership.

Who We Are Looking For

Core Experience: 14+ years in continuous manufacturing operations.

Industry Focus: Strong background in Solar Glass, Solar Modules/Panels, Glass Processing, or high-volume continuous production environments.

Methodologies: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and quality assurance systems.

Leadership Style: Decisive, strategic, and skilled at crisis management and cross-functional coordination.
