Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Production

Engineer will oversee day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring manufacturing operations across various suppliers and internal processes.

Responsibilities include optimizing production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. The role involves preparing and maintaining production documentation, supporting process improvements,



and contributing to cost-effective and reliable manufacturing solutions for startup and enterprise customers.

The Production

Engineer will also communicate regularly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align technical requirements, resolve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities for process optimization.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordination with teams and suppliers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Understanding of precision machining, fabrication, or composite manufacturing (GFRP/CFRP) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic CAD tools, ERP or production management software, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S) is beneficial.
