Profile- Production Engineer experience-minimum 3 years ctc range- upto 4.5-5 lpa working Days- 6 days (9:30 am-6 pm)
- Supervise and coordinate production activities, including assembly, testing, and packaging of battery products Lead and mentor a team of production technicians by providing guidance .
- Plan and allocate resources(e.g., manpower, equipment, materials) .
- Monitor production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and productivity, and implement
corrective actions as needed to achieve production targets .
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and documentation.
- Qualification- BE / B-Tech – Degree/ Diploma, Operations Management.
Experience-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lithium-ion battery manufacturing setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
