We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to supervise and manage factory production and shop-floor operations. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and production management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day factory production & shop-floor activities.

- Handle sheet metal fabrication processes – Welding, Cutting, Drilling, Bending, and CNC operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.
- Ensure timely production output with required quality standards.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, fabrication drawings & BOM.
- Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage and control rejection.
- Lead, train and manage production team / operators / welders.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Design, and Stores departments.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and discipline on the shop floor. Regards GS Management Group
