Job Purpose To follow up daily production activities from material availability through cutting, stitching, checking and packing, ensuring orders are completed in the required quantity, quality and delivery time.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up daily production plans and order priorities.
- Monitor order-wise production quantities and delivery dates.
- Follow up fabric and material availability before production.
- Coordinate with Fabric, Cutting, Stitching, Checking, Packing and Warehouse departments.
- Track daily cutting, stitching, checking and packing output.
- Compare planned production against actual production.
- Identify production delays, shortages and bottlenecks.
- Immediately report production delays to the Production Manager.
- Follow up pending and balance quantities for each order.
- Ensure required trims, labels, accessories and packing materials are available on time.
- Coordinate with Merchandising regarding order priorities and delivery schedules.
- Follow up rework and rejected quantities with Production and Quality teams.
- Ensure completed goods are moved to the next production stage without unnecessary delay.
- Maintain daily production follow-up sheets and order-status reports.
- Update production information in ERP/MIS where required.
- Coordinate urgent orders and shipment-priority production.
- Conduct regular floor follow-up to verify actual production status.
- Provide daily pending-order and production-status updates to management.
- Support production teams in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure Right Product – Right Quantity – Right Quality – Right Time.

Qualification Any Degree / Diploma – Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing or relevant qualification preferred.
Candidate Requirement
Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.
Candidates with previous experience in a home-textile / garment / textile manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
