Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production and assembly activities.
- Handle production planning and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Supervise LED light assembly, testing and packing processes.
- Manage and allocate manpower on the production line.
- Monitor production quality and minimize rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.
- Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS.
- Ensure 5S, discipline and safety on the shop floor.
- Support process improvement and productivity improvement activities.
- Coordinate with management for smooth plant operations.

Required Experience & Skills
- Mandatory: Experience in LED Light / LED Lighting Manufacturing.
- Experience in Electric Bike / Electric Scooter / EV manufacturing or assembly will be highly preferred.




- Knowledge of LED products such as LED Bulb, LED Panel, LED Tube, Street Light, Flood Light, etc.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and assembly processes.
- Experience in production planning and manpower handling.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle shop-floor production activities.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Automobile or relevant qualification.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working or having previous experience in LED Lighting, Electric Vehicle (EV), Electric 2-Wheeler, Electric Scooter or Electric Bike manufacturing companies will be preferred.
