Position Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Production

Work Location: Ahmednagar

Experience: 2-10 yrs

Qualifications: Diploma / B.E.(Mechanical Engineering)





Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

1. Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.
2. Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions
3. Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity
4. Complete customer orders within 7 days. Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects
5. TPM Initiatives on shop floor. Safety Improvements. 5S Sustenance on shop.
6. Improve labour productivity in shop.

Functional Competencies:

1. Shop floor experience
2. SAP/Word/excel/PowerPoint Knowledge
3. Technical knowledge
