- Execute production activities as per approved SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, and GMP requirements.

- Operate and monitor production equipment, reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other process equipment.

- Carry out batch manufacturing processes as per defined process parameters.

- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, pressure, agitation, reaction time, and yield.

- Perform sampling and coordinate with QC/QA for in-process and finished-product testing.

- Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, batch records, and equipment usage records.

- Ensure proper handling and charging of raw materials as per approved manufacturing procedures.

- Identify process deviations and inform the Production/QA team for appropriate corrective action.

- Follow GMP, EHS, safety, housekeeping,



and environmental requirements in the production area.

- Support cleaning, equipment changeover, line clearance, and preventive maintenance activities.

- Assist in process optimization, scale-up, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

- Ensure minimum process loss and optimum utilization of raw materials and utilities.

- Coordinate with QC, QA, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments for smooth production operations.

- Maintain production targets while ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and productivity.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
