PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Engineer to join our diaper manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while continuously improving processes.

Job Reasonability:

Production Oversight:

Monitor and manage the diaper production process for optimal performance.

Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to employees.

Meet production targets within time and cost constraints.

Maintain high standards of quality and safety in production activities.

Process Improvement:

Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.

Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.

Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Equipment Maintenance:





Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Quality Control:

Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product standards.

Check production output against specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and tests to address quality issues.

MIS & Team Management:

- Collect and analyze production data for trends and improvement areas.
- Submit and present performance and progress reports.
- Supervise and train production staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.

Train current employees on machinery use and procedures
