About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Product / Project Management Intern / Trainee to support our Product and Customer Relationship functions. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in Product Management, Customer Relationship Management, technology, and business operations.

The intern will get practical exposure to understanding products, interacting with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day product/project activities.

Key Responsibilities -

- Understand the company's products, features, functionality, and business processes.




- Develop a valuable understanding of the product and its usage from a customer perspective.
- Assist in handling customer queries and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Support customer onboarding and product demonstrations, wherever required.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product/Project team.
- Assist in identifying customer requirements and documenting them clearly.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Support teams for customer-related requirements.
- Assist in tracking product-related tasks, issues, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and product-related records, reports, and MIS.
- Support testing and validation of product features from a user/customer perspective.
- Stay updated with product features, technology trends, and industry developments.
- Perform other Product Management and Project Coordination activities as assigned.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
